Hi everybody. Now this is not a review where I've driven the vehicle and come to the conclusion. I know that you guys at MS have a lot of information, and that's why I'd like to ask some questions about HH Glamour FI. Planning to get one of them FI vehicles, but it's better I get a neutral set of answers, than from the Hero Honda marketing department. Being a non-engineer, I don't know all these technical details.
1) Does the Glamour FI give more power than the non-FI? My understanding is that both give 9 bhp, so they are supposed to have same power, different mileage.
2) This question is not plagiarising, since I am giving the actual quotation: I saw this in https://efytimes.com/fullnews13.asp?edid=12609 about the Fuel Injection:
This is an intelligent computer-controlled electronic fuel injection system which scans critical engine operating conditions through sensors and provides input to the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) to inject the accurate amount of fuel as per the requirement. The sensors include throttle position, engine operating temperature, intake air temperature, manifold absolute air pressure and crank angle.
So does this mean the control, since it is in the hands of some computerised equipment, could malfunction?
3) The dashboard has a lot of digital equipment. Will they continue to work as good after the rains?
Answers to the above questions would help me better in making a decision on whether I should exchange a well-performing Hero Honda (80kmpl) for one of them Fuel-injection bikes.
