Never Before the choices were so many for the Indian riding community. Yes the little price for this is confusion. But an old saying goes ''If you are not confused you dont understand anything''. The criteria for selecting a bike depends on what one is looking for; 1. Speed and Power; 2. More kilometres per litre; or 3. A combination of both. (tough demand) Ambition comes under this last criteria. Ambition can comfortably give you an average of 55km/l. (under normal city riding). It has enough bhp to make you feel the thrill. It has style and looks. It is from the trusted name of Hero Honda. So you can be sure about less visits for maintenance. But hold on!!! Dont jump the gun mate..... For a fully loaded version of Ambition (disc brake + self start) you will end paying more than you should be because there is another powerhouse bike which is the leader in this category and which can save you several grands too and that is Pulsar 150. There is a difference of cool between fully loaded Pulsar 150 (actually disc brake is a standard feature of all Pulsar variants) and fully loaded Ambition. And believe me dude when you compare Pulsar 150 with Ambition in any field you will find the former ahead with a clear margin. Be it pick up, top speed, braking, instrumentation or handling. And Honours definitely swing again towards Pulsar when it comes to Pricing. And Sorry mate TVS victor does not come into the picture at all. There is no comparison between the two. TVS victor is a 109cc bike with 8 bhp and Ambition is 133cc bike with 11 bhp. But if you are looking for pure mileage alone then dont think much just go ahead for Victor. Happy riding. Pros : Backed by trusted name Cons: FIFTH GEAR USELESS, TOP SPEED NOT IN SYNC WITH DISPLACEMENT
