I bought a Maestro last year 2012. Hero is lost without Honda. Especially their after sale service left lot to be desired. I frequently used my cousin's Aviator Honda before this. The servicing was excellent.
They call for feedback the day after servicing is done without fail. And they are re-servicing freely if customer had any complaint.
My Maestro's engine shuts down mid road very often. I mentioned this regularly when I go for servicing. Nothing happened!
No feedback calls!
