Still no response of hero moto they want the agency phone number and bike registration number on facebook I updated that but they already knew the whole matter before going to consumer forum I contacted with Delhi office they said you have to contact with your regional office Chandigarh then I made the complaint at their Chandigarh office and they assigned me a complaint number but they did nothing for me.
Now when I posted the whole matter on facebook and mouthshut they wants to show that they are consumer friendly the case of bike is on consumer forum from last four years the copy of the case is forwarded to the company office Delhi.On oct 2014 court gave decision to change each and every part to the satisfaction of the consumer.But their Mandi agency people(DEE KAY MOTORS MANDI(H.P) repaired its wiring in small patches also its hose pipe is defective still it is not in a proper working condition.They said we can do this much only and we are helpless to do any more.Then we again knocked the door of consumer court.
After decision this is the third consumer court hearing on 24/04/15 at Mandi consumer court(H.P) again I am giving them bike registration number HP-33C 0522 and the companies agency number where the bike is still there is 09817170007. From the above discussion anyone can understand the cheapness of company.I am on foot and my investment with hero moto brings me headache god save everyone from such types of company.Lastly I wants to say that don't buy any products from such a cheap and consumer enemy people.If anyone wants any type of inquiry about my bike can contact me on sunday any time and on working days after 20:00 hours.
From the first day of the purchase of HERO GLAMOUR PGMFI(From DEEKAY MOTORS MANDI) the vehicle is not working well.Agency people unable to start the vehicle for about 2 months in baddi agency(Saini automobiles) I also complained the matter to the regional office chandigarh in the year 2011 they gave me complaint number but unable to do any thing for the vehicle after that I transported the vehicle by tempo to mandi agency but they misbehaved with us then I filed the case in consumer court and court gave decission to replace each and every part of the vehicle to the customer satisfaction but they repaired the wiring in small patches and also its hose pipe is damaged, the vehicle is not in a working condition they said we cant do any thing more for this, also it is not in a working condition then we again knocked the door of consumer court if you asked them to send the under seat picture of wiring and hose pipe you yourself checked their cheapness.You can guess in last 4 years odometer reading is only 3000 km .Shame on hero moto.Investment with hero moto is bad experience and wastage of time and money for me.I never advised anybody to buy hero products.From the above discussion it is clear that these people only wants money and not consumers satisfaction Ph no 0867987XXXX.

Peoples who have free time to visit their workshop, don't want to ride the bike and have lot of money then welcome to heromotocorp. Most of the user are complaining about hero bikes then who are these peoples misguiding the consumers.visit the facebook posts of heromoto and find the truth. I am the viewer of CNBC AWAAZ OVERDRIVE from last three years but I never found any recommendation for hero bikes then who are the appreciators of hero bikesTill date no contacts made by hero moto see how much consumer friendly company it is.God save everyone from that ill company
