Recently I have purchased the Glamour bike with disk on Dhanteras Diwali on November 2. I have visited the Piragarhi hero showroom. they said a lot of good things about this bike. After all, I have bought this bike with there promises. After purchasing the bike and start to run there is certain problem. To start with, they have only 20 km mileage and any time some bike part is not working and every time I have to go to the workshop. And they tell so many lies like after the service your bike will be good, etc. Every time they commit wrong promises.
Headlight is not proper bright. When I consulted the workshop, they said I need to change but its almost a new bike.He says I have to pay the amount.
I am totally sick and tired to purchase this bike. So friends, help me how to compensate this damage from hero company.
Please suggest.
