Hello peope today I give you one trick advice which you can slim and trim. Slim and trim mean is not weak but healthy mean.


You people know many of people takes medicine for weight loss, but taking regularly medicine they dont weight loose.


There is a one simple trick to healthy weight loss.  First improve your stomach routine. It mean constipation should not longer even a day. If you have a disease of constipation then every system block here because Constipation is the mother of diseases.


Secondly dont sleep after meal at night.


Third step, take 1/2 meal quantity if you eat  4 chapati of wheat, then ii reduce.


Fourth, In morning, take 4-5 glasses of warm water, Similiarly take 8-10 glasses of water in whole day.


Fifth, make body alceline( Indiaan people) and acidic(foreign countries people).


Sixth get maximum saliva inside the mouth because of its alcelineness.


you can drink the juice of boiling cumin, ajjwain, tulsi(Basil) mxture in same ratio, makes body alceline.Thanks
