Only way to Lose Fat. Hardwork...DUh!!!

I remember back in 2003 when I went to India, Friends and relatives told me I need to lose weight, I was about 185-90 pounds 5'8 tall and not a single muscle in sight on body. I came to know that I was fat when I played cricket with my old buddies that I desperately need to get into shape and lose weight.


One Mistake I did in losing weight, never go on a diet without exercise. You body will eat away all the muscles in search for protein. Burning fat was easy , I just ran and ran and ran miles and ate little as I could, cut down Ghee, Butter, Oil, cheese, soda, chips, ice cream, even sometimes milk, ate once a day. Day by day I saw change in me, size 34, 33, 32, 31, 30, 29, 28 dropped six sizes in six months and this was year 2005. Went Back to India for cousins wedding at the end of 2005,  People shocked to see what I had done to myself. One Problem only Not a single muscle in sight. Again.


One way to turn all that fat into muscles and burn calories at same time, is to work hard, get some weight lifting, not heavy but light. Work around your body as it is shaped, enhance all the features and get defination, don't go towards Ammassing your muscles, we dont want that we need strength not bulk for muscles.


Situps, Crunches, Roman Chair crunches, Leg Raises, V-ups, torso twist, frog kicks for abs.


Pullups, chin ups, Barbell curls, dumbell curls, and isometrics for biceps


Pushups, Indian style pushups(dands), for chest, abs, and mainly triceps. And also some weight lifting,


Lots of carido workout for you respitory system, jump rope, Bicycle, running, running on spot.


Make sure you get enough protein and eat right stuff and right times, and ofcourse have a day job so you can support yourself financially while you get in shape and make sure you flex and stretch yourself, you might gain and inch or two in height. Happy sculpting.
