Here I am giving three ways to loose your weight


One- Rigorous Exercise with No Diet Control


Do not avoid eating anything you like. Eat everything and anything you want.


But DO NOT OVEREAT. You have to do atleast 2-3 hours rigorous exercise for burning the calories you have consumed. You have to either do brisk walking or jogging.


Go and work out at the Gym whenever possible. Do all your household work manually.


Do not use your vacuum cleaner, dishwasher or washing machine and Use your hands.


Do not lift heavy weights in the Gym but use the treadmill.


This plan is not useful for aged persons and persons suffering from diabetics, hypertension, heart diseases, food allergies because they have to avoid some of the foods.


Two- Light Exercise with Diet Control


Avoid eating Oil, Ghee, Butter and Sugar. Eat lots of vegetables and Fruits. Boil, Steam or Bake your food.


Do not stop consuming fried items completely it is okay if you consume them sometimes i.e. once in a week.


Do not mix carbohydrates with proteins. If you are eating pasta eat it with vegetables and not with cheese and meatballs. Do not eat Dals(pulses) with rice or chapatti.


Eat lots of Salads but do not use dressing or mayonnaise. Use margarine instead of Butter, Use sugar substitute like Equal, Sweet N Low etc instead of sugar and eat Whole Wheat Bread instead of white Bread.


Eat Fruits for your Breakfast. Stop eating chocolates, cakes, candy and ice cream.


Do atleast one-hour exercise. Go for a morning walk daily. You can also do yoga.


Yoga makes your body flexible and can cure a lot of diseases.


Three- No Exercise with No food


You have to do this only when you are extra extra overweight and it is very much necessary for you to loose weight urgently.


You have to drink Moong Dal water and nothing else.


To prepare Moong Dal water take 200 grams moong dal and lots of water and boil it or cook in pressure cooker. Discard the dal and keep the water aside. Cool it and drink it 5-6 times in the day. Avoid using Salt. Do not eat anything except for drinking this water.


DO NOT do this for more than Seven days. Eat a cucumber or a bowl of shredded cabbage if you are very hungry. You can drink normal water.


DO NOT EXERCISE. Do not do any work during this period. You have to sleep the entire day. You will loose atleast ten kilograms if you do this for seven days.
