I am writing this review because I recently loosed 16.54Kg by following the simple tips.
1.DO WORKOUTS DAILY fow atleast 30mins
2.Eat only fruits and salads during day time
3.DON'T Eat junk foods like burger, pizza, etc
4.Drink warm lemon water on each morning.
