Hi friends I am share some experiance .the booked tests for parents , test report come after three days.had to reshedule the doctor appointment three times.i was promised for full money refend beacuse test report were delayed, now cuatomer care saying that was not promised it even though I have writen email proof for this.worst ever service .i would suggest if you want test report urgent then go to another good lab.The custimer care having not responce in the time.when the if you calling then he can responce to after 10 days.
