today I want to share my experience about healthians.
actully I am a colitis patient. my doctor said you will check up you cbc kft ths and lft. test every three months.
so I do me body test every three month before going see the doctor.
I read a message on my mobile healthians. I read healthian message on my mobile.
get free ths in rs. 699 full body check up diabetes kft heart lft free dr. call
so I called to healthians the executive said we will send lab boy in the morning 8 o'clock. and we will send your report next day on your email and a hard copy on your home address.
all my test in empty stomach. next day the lab came 8o 'clock in the morning. he collect my blood sample. I paid my payment cash by hand he gave me recepit. and said we will sent your report you email and also send another hard copy on your address only on one day.
I already take appointment my doctor.
but they not send me my body report not my email neither my home address.
my husband called the customer care the person said we will send your report next day donot worry sir. my husband said we have see the report her doctor and we have take already appointment with the doctor.this is not fair.but the executive said we will send next day definetaly.
there was not a good responce give by customer care. they talk only tell a lies their customers.
but no report send next day again.this is very bad experience. so do not go healthians. if you want to body check up go a right lab. but not go healthians.
