This was a bad experience, which was settled finally as the company refunded my money. I ordered a product, waited for long time but didn't get delivery. There was problems with commnications with the company and the payment processor wasn't helpful either. Anyway, I got the refund finally and thanks to Mouthshut for the opportunity to vent my frustration.
If the Mouthshut mods believe, this should be better deleted, please feel free to. I can't see an option to delete, so editing.
