Ask a Doctor Online - Very Good Service. Review on Healthcaremagic

I thought to share my experience with you. I am a 26 Years old Banker by profession. My daily routine starts off at 8 AM and then it moves on till late night 11 O clock. In the whole day I do not get time to work on anything other then the work work work.

From last few days I was feeling down. A little of fever and cough and cold was taking over me.And Unfortunately this whole week, I had clients visting from US. Meetings throut the week. Took over all those meeting easily. Just kept on working without taking care of my health. I could manage those few days easily. Then the final day came when the clients had to move back.

I got a call at night thursday night from my manager that I will have to take the charge of the presentation which my boss has to give to the clients. As he has some urgent work back home. It was so serious that I could not even say no. So I thought it is hard time I should look for some home remedies to get well. As with illness my confidence level went down. I was not looking too much enthusiastic. And in front of clients from US it would give a very bad impression. So I tried calling my friend who is a doctor. But at this odd hour she was also sleeping.

I searched internet for home remedies of clearing sore throat and illness. I just went on searching the list of nuskhaas that was coming. I could not handle them. I got totally confused which one to follow and which one not to follow.

I just tried to search on internet, If I could get a doctor service or something where a general physician can help me solve my problem. I got too many website which mostly were spam. Some had a concept of ask a question and go back and they will reply to u .But I was looking for something where I can interact with the doctor online. Right there I was expecting the answers to my questions to be answered. Live Person I could understand there flow and healthcaremagic solved my purpose. The text on the buttons at the top were very comprehensible that I knew where to click and proceed. I clicked on Live chat with the doctors. It took me to a brief page where I could chose a service from the variety of services. I took one day package and proceeded to pay. I got the doctor waiting for me. The doctor was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I liked the whole user experience. Simple, easy to comprehend, easy to navigate, easy to pay, easy to chat. All in one a good service. I was very happy with it. That I got tempted to write the review. One thing I did not like was that the website was a little slow but I thinnk it is acceptable. I have given them my suggestion to improve the website slowness.
