I signed up and accidentally used the wrong credit card for payment. I informed them within minutes(before I was contacted by the physician)and they refunded my charge, no questions asked. Extremely professional way of going about business. I was not expecting such a prompt response and no hassle at all. They seem to be an honest company with a very proficiant way of handling things. The site layout was great, also. I will be using this company again.only next time with the right card?
