I just needed one question answered. I had the account for one week. My question was answered brilliantly. The cancellation went well. I did it online - cancelling monthly membership. I also emailed the company and I was answered almost immediately with confirmation of the cancellation. Unless they bill me again after this(which will make this an entirely different review), I am 100% happy with this service. They may prefer users to keep membership, but it seems that they also recognize the value of the one-time user.
