I placed an order for bath products(order reference number HK33329-955242, placed on 10 Oct, 2014). the order status reflects a pickup date of Oct 11, 2014 with an estimated delivery date of Oct 14, 2014 shipped vide airway bill number 69183444853 through Blue Dart.
Neither Healthkart.com nor the courier company(Blue Dart) is able to provide any visibility on the status of the shipment. Contacting both of them has not been of any help so far. It is better to shop elsewhere than place an order with Healthkart. There would be a lot of energy saved.
