First and last order my product on 2nd Feb I was promised to get it max by 8th Feb and there was no contact from the courier end for all these days but the healthkart people were following up cause I wrote down an email stating to cancel the order on 10th the courier guy came and I refused to take the order.then got a call from healthkart to check have I received something I advised I have not taken it and returned.
They took my complaint and informed the courier people and suddenly I received a phone call from the courier company supervisor talking rudely and arguing with me like it was my mistake that they haven't delivered it.this is worst company needs to either shut down or change there courier partners.I am lodging a complaint against both the company and courier people.Worst company to go for never use HEALTH KART
