Worst e-commerce company. Review on HealthKart

First of all I want to say that I never give 1 star review to any service unless it is utterly pathetic and tortures me as an end user.

I ordered 3 medicine from Healthkart / 1mg and added prescription using camera.  I took a clear photo of prescription knowing that the photo must be clear because they read it before delivery. Then next day order was cancelled because the picture quality was not good. OK. I understand. It can happen though I took the best photo I could using full light and 13 my camera.

Then I scanned the prescription on 600 DPI and reordered and emailed too. It was cancelled next day because they only give 1 month of Medicine and I ordered for 3 months. I take the medicine daily and have to take it as long as I live. Like diabetic or blood pressure medicine. That is why I ordered for 3 months. OK no issues. I ordered again by reducing the quantity of tablets so it covers one month. Then the next day order is again canceled because the medicine was out of stock.

I asked them why the hell then you show it as in-stock during order when it is not in stock. Then I ordered other substitute medicine having same chemical and same quality assuming that it must be in Stock. The order was again canceled with reason that the ordered medicine was not found in the prescription. Very well done healthkart, first you show substitute medicine in your app to order so that we can buy cheaper ones then you say that I can't have it because it is not in prescription and I can only order the same chemical and composition of the company mentioned in the perception and not its substitute. Then why the hell do you show substitute medicine? Finally I bought from local medicine store in 5 mins at 10% discount. Thank you healthkart.
