Good food generally results in a good body. Now, a good body could also mean a slightly heavier body than what all of us would like to have.
At times, we, as mere mortals, are tempted to get that perfect belly/body/physique and we end up using the internet and other sources to get a solution. One such solution suggested to us was Health Total, with its rave reviews, multiple outlets and its "Bollywood" Fame.
We had booked an appointment today, at their JP Nagar, Bangalore outlet today at 1830hrs IST via their website. We managed to be there by 1840hrs IST and it was pretty evident that we were the only patients. In fact, a minute ago, when we were parking our car, their Bombay call centre called us to confirm if we would be there to which I replied a YES.
However, when we presented ourselves at the reception, we were in for a rude shock. The dietician, who was standing next to the receptionist said "You are late", to which I requested her to oblige since were were FIVE minutes late, yes 5 minutes due to traffic. Her answer was not only rude, but also shocking.
She said "traffic is an excuse we get every day. I need to close by 1840 to reach home, You are late. Come back later, on time if you want to."
In spite of me requesting her to attend to the patient, she blankly refused to do so.What is Health Total? A Liver Transplant Institute, A Heart Transplant Centre or Mr. Narendra Modi's Office, who cannot accommodate a 5 minute late patient for a consultation in spite of polite requests?
