I have paid two years premium I didnt claim any thing and third year I had worst experience with them. third year I went for one day care procedure, first I have called to customer care and confirmed that its eligible f or cash less claim but later they denied and ask to go for reimbursement.
when I applied for reimbursement they dragged to two months and they rejected simply.i called them nearly 50 times but customer care people dont know the answer and medical team never talk to us. worst service, worst response. I am not going for renewal and never take HDFC ERGO.
my claim was just 15K . think if claim amount was high.i had paid three years premiums and finally I am not able to get even 15K reimbursement also. they are frauds
