Management is also known as Health Administration or Health Care Administration. Health Care Management is a profession that includes leadership and management of public health systems. Health care systems management defines the leadership and general management of hospitals and health care systems. There are two types of administrators, generalists and specialists. Generalists are responsible for managing entire facilities. Specialists are responsible for particular department such as finance, accounting, budgeting, and human resources.
