Fighting Asthma.

Some of you must be facing asthma since some time. Well to cite an example, I can very much refer myself with this.

I am having asthma since 22 yrs and only at times it was unbearable.

I would like to suggest some tips for the same.

Meditation:

Meditation helps in fighting asthma to a considerable effect. its by doing ''Pranayama'', where in you slowly breathe in and exhale air out of yr nostrils, one nostril at a time.

Exercise:

This helps in a greater amount in reducing the effects of asthma. As the saying goes, a healthy body has no ill effects. The same applies for this too. Exercise, in the sense, do brisk walking everyday for about 20-30 minutes. If you can't get up early in the morning and do, you can very well, do in the evenings.

Diet:

An Asthma patient has to avoid cold stuff, items contains citric acid, since this boosts the occurrence.  As the other person described, an asthmatic patient should avoid going out in the chillness, etc.

Many people take the inhaler option, which is recommended for most of them, which is considered to be the best option. The last option is taking the pills, but only after consulting yr doctor. Since pills can have adverse side effects, it should be avoided to the max.

Still, if its the worst condition, then you can take a prescribed drug for asthma called ''asthalin''. It will help simulate more air into the lungs, and you can go it for a few hours.
