Action Drama. Review on Headwind - John. J. Nance

Headwind Hollywood revisited! If you’ve loved watching Air-force One, Con-air and The American President- This one is for you! “ An electrifying flight from twisted justice” as the novel claims to be is a story woven around - a victim of a conspiracy (A former American President) and second a brilliant lawyer who has very little time to react and almost no resources to save his client (The Ex- Pres.). John J.Nance’s field of work includes aviation and law so the novel is an interesting & knowledgeable blend of both the subjects. A former US president is stuck in a plane trying to escape from an Interpol warrant against him for an alleged charge of conducting a clandestine intelligence operation in Peru during his presidential tenure in which many people are killed.

As the subject is related to international law one gets a insight into the different aspects of international jurisprudence. A lot of action takes place at an air base as well as in an aircraft; some pages are devoted to the technical details of airplane as well. Headwind is an action packed thriller. Can be a racy time pass for readers who like their fiction full of on-the -edge kind of action.
