I had taken this Platinum membership on 3rd Feb under transaction ID of T213076 after being assured that the resume critique would be sent to me in 7 working days.(Your website FAQ says so too)
However its been 10 working days but nothing has been sent to me till date.this was most important for me as I wanted a specialized approach to understand why my resume was not getting selected in companies of my choice.
I had joined Headhonchos with lots of belief and trust but the same has been breached. I do not want to discuss this with with any of your telephone operators but want to move out of the plan. Pls do not
have calls arranged from retention department, I have made my mind and am not changing it either.
Pls suggest by when the money would be sent back to my credit card account. Hope I would not have to go through further dissatisfaction of chasing you for my hard earned money!
