I had availed their Premium Services in 2013, they contacted me again since I was considering a job switch and they noticed my resume resurfacing on the internet. I explained to them that after the poor experience I've had in the past, I will refrain from reconnecting with them. The salesperson explained to me why their service was bad in the past and what they've done to improve it. He basically agreed with me that in 2013, they were charging money but not delivering service.
With a track record like that, to have faith on them today is difficult. As the old saying goes Once Bitten Twice Shy.
I wanted to rate them one star but the site does'nt permit a rating below 3 stars!
