Head and shoulders is a very easily available, affordable hair care product brand. I occasionally suffer from dandruff which may be due to my dry scalp and dry hair condition and this product has always required me. I do not use this shampoo as a part of my every day routine, But I always keep this product handy and turn to this whenever I am in the need of treating my dandruff. This shampoo cleans the hair effectively and does not leave any residue or oiliness behind. You just get squeaky clean hair after using this. You need not to go through the letter, rinse and repeat stage too. It also effectively cleans dandruff with a single wash provided you do not suffer from too much dandruff. Then, You might need a couple of washes from it to rid of all the dandruff completely. It is not heavy on my hair feel lively and bouncy after use. As far as it anti hair fall claims, I think they are somewhat true. It does help in getting rid of dandruff which is one the causes of hair fall hence also helps control hair fall to some extent. The consistency of the shampoo is good, not too thick nor too thin and it lathers very well the scent is very refreshing and clean. thing I hate about this product is that it is filled with every chemicals imaginable, which is not good for the hair. Hence I would recommend using it only when required and not as your daily shampoo.
