Havmor at Baroda is the best hang around place for snacks and refreshments items, especially Gujarati stuff which I tried here few years back with my relatives. We halted at this restaurant specifically for Gujarati items where we tasted besan ka chilla, faafda-jalebi, khatta dhokla and thepla.
Though I heard these names earlier but tried first time and its taste was more than my expectations. Apart from Gujarati items, you will also get dosa, cutlet, samosa and other stuff in their menu. Main course food is also there. Beverages and other drinks are all there with many options. Overall, you will find more than hundred items in this restaurant but difficult to choose as to which one to try first. Moreover, you will find almost all varieties of chats in typical Indian flavour which tastes really good. We could not resist ourselves to appreciate each of the items with its flavour.
The best thing about here is that it is a perfect place for hang out because of the environment here. The restaurant is equally neat and clean with good and fast service. We ordered so many things but it took less than 20 minutes to get all those stuffs on our table altogether. We didn’t mind spending time here. You can take parcel also if you do not want to have it in the restaurant though it is quite big with impressive interior and hospitality. It was not just a visit but a memory which we all still talk about.
