This post is regarding the after sales service of products of Havells India. I purchased 3 numbers fans of Havells make, Stealth / Silent fan from dealer at Bhiwadi with the assurance pertaining excellent after sales service of the company. It was made confirmed that the fans would be installed on the same date. The dealer himself registered my request for the installation of fans. It was made confirmed to me that the fans would be installed on the same date, i.e. 21st October' 2020. I also received a confirmatory message on my mobile that the fans would be installed on the same date. When nobody turned up till evening, I called on the number which I had received on my mobile. He made it confirmed that the executive would be sent ASAP on the same date by evening. When nobody turned till late evening, I again called on the number and they informed that the complaint had been sent to Alwar. As per that representative from Alwar, Bhiwadi was not in their jurisdiction. So, it means that even company does not know about the jurisdiction of their after sales team members. He further made it confirmed to me that Bhiwadi was covered by Behror team. I requested them to transfer the complaint to Behror area which they agreed. I did not receive any call from Behror team. I once again called Alwar team to advise the number. I was shocked to hear that they do not have any contact of the Behror team. The complaint had not been forwarded to Behror. I requested them to confirm the number of their head office. They gave me a number of their Jaipur head office. Contact number was 8104288981. I called on this number and the person confirmed that representative would be deputed to do te needful same day. When nobody came upto evening, I again called on that number. He never pick the call afterwards. I was left with no option except to check the company website. I contacted on the website through chat. The executive first extended warm welcome with a commitment to resolve the issue. Later he / she also discontinued without any assurance. After this set back I sent an email to all senior officials of the company as available on the website. To my surprise I did not receive any acknowledgement from any executive or After Sales person or Marketing department. I confirmed through that mail that in case I did not receive any response from anybody till today, then I would go for expressing my views on media. Nobody bothered for that also. They have the ego that people of our country can't do anything to them. It is only the customer who can decide about their fate.


My request to all customers, "Please think 3 times before buying any Havells product. Their quality of service is pathetic. I feel pity over after sales service of the company.
