We purchased a product of havells adonia 25 litres digital the geyser the product has real fine looks good and has impressive features but 3 months later we found the led lights turning on and off, flickers and the led unit gives a problem we registered a complaint the havells service team visited our place to check the same, their service is pathetic, we paid 15000 for a water heater and we cannot use it for 20 days the product is really good to the eyes but is not worth the price, beware of purchasing such an expensive water heater there are many better brands in the market like cheaper and less headache, I still wonder how much I would have to pay if it the product is out of warranty.
