I feel this review is:
I have been using Hathway Cable from last 3 years and every month it disconnects automatically and I have to make multiple calls and waste my valueble time to folllowup with these irresponsible people. Recently my HD connection also lost and have been followingup with them from last 10 days and NO positive response nor giving any updates on the progress of resolution. I really got frustrated with their customer service and looks most of their hierarchy has the same attitude. If you want a piece of mind then please avoid this cheating company By all means. Also they will drop the channels however they want and will not add any new channels to the list. Most of their things are manual and no one knows what is going on with your connection. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.
