When I had bought hathway set top box it annoyed me because of its picture quality and signal problem when I starts my tv it always displayed me no connection call your service provider but after few days this has gone and I its good all channels is coming with good picture and sound quality and service is good whenever I having problem to watch any channels I calls the service provider and they comes and sets the set top box.it is good digital cable tv service and I am happy to spend money on this.
