Hathway Cable and Datacom pvt ltd is a nice Internet service provider but due to unavaibilty of resources it has been seen that its services towards customer lacks.
I would tell you three cases where hathway service's:
The first experience of Hathway Cable is of my own. I live in dahisar east. According to Hathway website I should be able to get a Hathway cable in my area but when I contacted Hathway, they told me that due to unavaibilty of resources in your area we cant join a cable net at your location.
The second I would like to tell you about my friend who is living in borivali west. According to their site, he should not be getting a hathway connection in borivali west but when he contacted customer service center for the same his application for cable net services was approved but prices were Rs. 900 per month.
The third is of my Dad's bunglow in andheri. When I used to visit my dad's house, I get a hathway broadband connection which is giving download speed around 3-5 Mbps and charges are Rs. 500 per month.
Shocked! Yea same happened with me. I would rate Hathway Cable and Datacom pvt ltd only if they change this system of unavaibility. Thats it.
