I knew the brand ever since the cable network started in India. The diversity in their business is having its best timing. It may be manufacturing the set top box or Internet service provider. If I am right today hathway is one of best and leading Internet service provider in India.
The quality of services are good. As every entity will have its pros and cons. They gave franchise of their different segments to different people. I suggest it is better to integrate both in same place.
