Hathway Cable has reached a new low in cable fraud. Now they take money for set-top box which must be free and they do not provide receipt.
On repeatedly asking for the receipt they do refuse, make excuses and since I persisted and demanded a receipt they closed my connection.
Is there any legal recourse?How can anyone take money and not acknowledge it. I think its time that cable companies be exposed.
