I have been using hathway broadband in Bangalore for about 9 months now. my earlier experience with cable broadband was mixed, so I went for this with some hesitation. but I have been pleasantly surprised, the connection is stable, the speeds good and on the odd occasion when the service is down, customer service is prompt and more importantly the service is restored within the time frame indicated. The customer service is also simple to navigate through. The executives attending to calls seem well informed and do not give bland, mechanical replies. Worth a try,
