I am a three months old customer of Hathway Broadband. In three month the Internet speed is not like as they showing in advertisement that’s why I change my plane to above 1mbps but its has been a week since I recharged my account yet the speed is still below 1mbps .I called the customer service several times but they can not responding. I also not able to log in or register as it is said that my account number is invalid or unsubscribed.
I called customer care several time for this issue also but they every time said your internet will start working within one hr but all false promises. It’s really a very bad experience it’s really the worst internet connection and service I have in my life.
