Hathway - Highway. Review on Hathway Broadband

Well Hathwayhas come a long way since they started almost 2 years back. They have been expanding and providing services, but their pricing is a bit of harsh when they started earlier.

Hathway initially started on their own, but their growth seemed retarted so they tied up with the local cable operators which catalized their expansion quite fast. But their services sometimes seems to be hampered by the cable operators itself.

These cable operators do not provide adequate service and try to manipulate things so that good things never reach customer if it seems to challange their position.

One of the positive things about their service is that their connectivity is pretty good and based on the pakages quite fast also. Many of my friends use Hathway and they are quite satisfied with their service, but the disatisfaction is that some of them pay different price for the same connection.

When they started their pricing was high and the customers who acquired their services at that time are still placed under the same pakage now also. Their modem pricing was also high at that time. By now it has come to the half. The new customers who join the hathway enjoy their latest packages with reduced price tag. This seems to be quite unfair.

Hathway should take into consideration the old customers and offer the pricing according to the existing market rates and not follow old price tag. Hathway seems to be a well managed network and the way they are expanding I dont think they need to disregard the old customers. This can be well understood by the fact that they have customer support base even in the suburbs now in addition to the existing one at parel.

I hope this review will help Hathway in their goal to achieve customer satisfaction which they must be heading for.
