I applied for hathway internet broadband connection and the promise I got frm them was that i'll get the connection in 72 hrs. infact I paid the initial amount for the connection amounting to Rs 2, 500 and nothing really happened. A week later I called the office and came to know since there is no cable wires connected, they won't be in a position to get me the connection. I requested them to refund my money and the rest is history. I had applied for connection on nov 13, 2007 and today its apr 2009 I hve sent them close to 5 mails, atleast 40 calls and couple of personal visits. Nothing has happened, but faithfully I recieve a bill stating the usage for the previous month. I have been frustrated with the people running the org, never thought in this customer centric org, customers can be taken for granted. Today I have become a vocal voice against Hathway, and have almost made few of my fren's change their minds about choosing hathway. I would be happy if hathway atleast can better their customer centric approach(i have come to a point that I don't feel like asking for my money anymore). If there are people like me, it would be great if you could acknowledge the same. Wish someday Hathway changes
