My review is based on the Mira Road services and the customer service department of Hathway.
The Hathway office is 5 minutes from my place, which is an amazing thing. However, since the day I have taken my internet connection from Hathway(which has been more than 5 years now) I have been crying(not literally, but yeah). The connection fluctuates tremendously, which actually is very frustrating given the fact that my maximum number of days is at home using the Wi-Fi.
Though every time my internet connection is working, the speed is amazing and I have no complaints regarding it. But it takes hiccups every now and then.
I am truly disappointed with the customer service support of Hathway. The representatives are extremely rude and arrogant. I had 3 incidents last month, wherein the customer service representative, didn’t bother to talk to me or listen to me but very arrogantly took the call. It is very unprofessional to see such representatives with such good organizations.
Usually when I get bad customer service, I make sure to write an email to the customer service desk, in order to keep it documented. And this time, I did the same, however, the email team also responded with regards to the issue I faced. However, I was concerned more about the behavior of the representative.
This was so infuriating, that I decided to take it on twitter, but still nothing significant. All I expect from any company is good and friendly customer support team; but seems like Hathway will lose its customer due to customer service.
Will I recommend Hathway to people? Partially, yes! I will recommend people by starting the statement, “Customer service is pathetic but….”
