I am using hatway for almost a month and for not even a single day it has given me satisfying speed. It gets its server messed up for every 2-3 hours. Also the service is like " we have got your complaint sir, we will take an action in the next 24 hours, if your connection is not built again then register another complaint."
Really poor service. Never seen such a service from any of the other internet service provider.
Hatway has reached a level of bad service and the worst part is the customer needs to pay for 3 months, and there is no refund facility.
Never do a mistake of trying hatway broadband service.
