As Like Other Customers Looked into the Fancy Broadband Ads Brochure Given in News Paper( Free Router+ Installation).
But Since Seen all the Terrible Reviews.Just Went on to take for 2 Months to see if their Services have Really Improved
Sales Person good at his Marketing Strategies told me will get Max 39 Mbps( Plan:2 Months Platinium, 500 GB Rs 1062 Monthly). Made Advance payment of Rs 2, 122.
All Cable and Router Connections Happened Next day of Taking Connection, But Activation was not Done Raised Complaint
Many Technicians Came and Called me up to check Internet Connection was activated or not.Was Really Happy that
Services has improved .That was my Bigger Mistake.
On First Day Speed was Coming upto Max 39 Mbps( Fluctuating Speeds not Constant).Immediately 2nd Day Speed reduced to Max 5 Mbps .
Raised the complaint on 12th Oct 2018 .No Technician came or called to check on the issue.
Few Points on the Hathway Customer Care( Terrible, Worst, Idiotic Guys dont have words to express)
1)Technically Dumb, They will tell Restart Modem Several Times till Customer gets Irritated.
2) No Provision to Transfer the Call to Supervisor, They Transfer to Some IVR menu which keeps repeating words again and again.
3) Supervisor will give a Call Back is a Trick used by Cust Care Rep to end the Call Immediately.
4)After Failing all trouble shooting steps they say I Can't Hear you, your Voice is breaking Immediately Call gets Disconnected.
Finally managed to catch hold of the sales person who called some backend team and trouble shooted and found out that Router was Faulty.
I had been promised that the Router would be replaced but again no Technicians have come to Replace Router.
Strictly Dont Take Hathway and Fall prey to their fancy ads and suffer later .Once my 2 months package is over I will play with this hathway guys.
