I have taken a 10gb monthly pack and the same get over in 15 days. In this month the service was mot working on 15th feb and I had logged a complaint. the service resume the next day.
The 10 gb should have lasted till 4 march. bug to my horror the 10 gb was over by 18th feb. When I checked the utilization I realized that 2 gb was consumed on 15th the day the broadband internet was not working!
Thus it is clear ghat thd utilization is being tampered with and overcharging to the customer! Once the package is over the company will call h multiple times to paymorr for the balance of the month which seems part of their strategy to over charge!
