Paid for pack renewal thru their app one week before renewal date, as per bank it went successfully in to their account. But despite several complaints to hathway they are unable to find where it has gone?
Connection disconnected now and still they are tracing the payment. Only court may solve this matter as they are pure cheaters.
Despite this they call every day for payment reminder and waste my time.
Choose other broadband service like ACT fibernet, which I had earlier in my previous location and never had any issues like this.
