Recently I took a new connection including WiFi router, I have paid the amount on the same day. They have given the LAN connection and ignored the WiFi router. I was keep on calling the customer care and also all the numbers I had.
They will tell every day a story. One day no stock, one day festival, one day month end, one day all the employees are on leave etc. Everyday they tell within 48 hours we will fix it. Stupid fellows. I frustrated and fought with that guys on phone many times. But no response. Still i'm waiting for my WiFi router. Don't know when I will get it.
