I made a wholesome one year premium and took connection. Now I have to hang myself on their fibre optic cable. Nothing more to comment based on the service issue. Once in 10 days it will stop working and after taking 3 days it will resolve. But you can't rest after making complaint. Have to call helpline 20 times a day for 3 days, get service team numbers and try to call but they will not take your call, comb your area for presence of any technician and beg them, finally your problem may be solved. This is what happening to me.
BUT ONE THING IS REALLY GREAT WITH THEIR FIBRE OPTIC CABLE. ONE FINE MORNING MY TOILET DRAIN PIPE BLOCKED. I TRIED TO CLEAR IT WITH SPRING WIRE, PUT FEW PACKETS OF CLOG REMOVING CHEMICAL BUT NOTHING WORKED.SUDDENLY I HAVE FOUND A BIT OF HATHWAY CABLE NEAR A DUST BIN IN MY STREET. TRIED TO PUSH IT THROUGH THE DRAIN WOW IT IMMEDIATELY CLEARED THE CLOG AND THE WATER FLOWING LIKE A CASCADE. THANKS HATHWAY YOUR CABLES ARE WORKING WONDERS!
