Recently we contacted this internet service to have an internet connection in my room. they received us nicely and talked politely to us, we hought they are good providers f internet. we took the connection and payed all the money gave our details of address to yhem. they said they would com on the same day evening. we thought the process is also good, but they cam in the evening after 3 days, in the gap we called them 100 times they are just saying some reason about the service men and are very lazy at the customer desk.
again some problem in the internet we called and said to them our problem again they said they would come the next day morning, they came after 2 days. we scolded them like anything and we canceled our connection and throw ed the router and modem on the road in front of them.
once the GB is over they will say that the speed would be 1 MBPS. its 1 BBPS not even 1 kbps.
so friends please dont take any connection from hathway
