Hathway really s3ck and its sales person is big cheater in making customer.
I have taken connection in July 2011 in Malad (w), Mumbai, the sales person named Taufiq contacted me for this. I was told about the FUP and downgrade speed limit of 256 kbps. When I contacted the billing dept, they said it is only 128kbps. This speed really sucks. I have escalated this issue but till now no solution.
I am not sure how many guys would have been victim of his cheating. If hathway does not take care of this kind of situation it's really does not worth to go for Hathway broadband connection.
I think Airtel, yourbrodband would be good pickup.
