Worst and waste of money they will say 40 MBPS but they not give not even 1 MBPS at night time,
I had observed that they are thinking customers are fools.They think we don't know anything. From morning 6 Am to night 10:30 Pm they will provide good speed from night 10:30 Pm it starts reducing speed at 1 Am it takes more than one minute to open google home page till 5 Am from that they will provide good speed till night. How I came to know is I am doing work from home and mostly my work is at night time.
I had called them and explained this and I raised a ticket and they said sorry for their service and it wont happen again. I told them that I had proofs of last 10 days screen shots of morning and night speed test.
Next day technical person had arrived and I had shown that screen shots to him. Then he told there is problem in router so we may change it and it wont happen again. Then I asked him how come it was working good at day time they feel ashamed.
customer service people don't know how to speak with customers they are very rude.Please don't waste your money.
as a customer I know the value of money again I am saying don't waste your money.worst service waste of money.waste of time to speak with customer service people they don't know anything how to answer with customer issues.
Then I had changed my ISP provider.
