I have been using this ISP for more than 8 months now, I don't have a complain about the speed provided by the ISP.
Sometimes it drops but it's fine because it is not that frequent.
The problem which not only me but also many of the customers at my area are facing that they have wrong meter reading.
I have plan of 25GB at 50mbps speed thereafter 1mbps unlimited but after using around 10GB-12GB the speed drops and this is not only I faced but many of the customers have the same issue and on the opposite site of that their are peoples who gets 50mbps speed unlimited.So maybe they are getting our data also,
I have complained about this at Hathway office but they didn't take any actions on this.
Sometimes the modem is stops working and if you call at customers service they gave you ticket id.And if you call them after 3-4 hours then also they are still working on that topic and after calling again and again then only they take your problem seriously and they send man for the service.
The support from the ISP is too bad.
Overall not recommended for your ISP provider.
