Hi Guys,
I really don't spend time on reviewing but time has come to do it in the name of Hathway Internet connection.
Plan details: 3 Month plan Rs.2230/- .75GB/month, 15Mbps post FUB 1Mbps
Location:SriRam nagar, Kondapur, Hyderabad
Simple story in short lines:
10/04/16: Hathway people chased me to give connection
15/04/16: Connection activated and working fine as they promised above
30/04/16: Twist happened here.Not working due to bad weather.
01/05/16: They restored few connections but not mine.
02/05/16: Called multiple times customer care and raised complaints but no one came to resolve the issue.Finally the person who chased me to give connection also not responding to my calls.Then how can we expect others to take responsibility.
03/05/16:After multiple chases to hathway team, they sent technician and he said modem fault and he can't do anything with that and closed the ticket as its working.
04/05/16:Morning modem replacement person called me and asked for address and there was no response to my calls after that.
XX/XX/XX: TO BE CONTINUED.
Please note that above actions only done due to my multiple calls to hathway leads, technicians and customer care people.I spent many hours for taking to them.
Lesson Learnt:
I was only attracted for dual band D-link modem DIR-615 which they are giving free of cost while taking 3months prepaid connection.Now i'm suffering.I think they won't refund the amount I need to bare for this 3 more months and at least take a one wise decision while going for other good broadband connection.
This is my latest experience but please consider this while taking the decision IF YOU ARE DECIDED TO GO FOR HATHWAY BROADBAND CONNECTION.
